Blake Rawlins

VP, Construction

Blake Rawlins serves as the Vice President of Construction focusing on acquisition due diligence, large tenant improvement, major R&M, capital improvements, and new development projects across Piedmont’s portfolio. He brings 25 years of commercial construction and development experience to the Piedmont team. After graduating from Vanderbilt University with a Civil Engineering degree, he worked as a project manager for a general contractor where he had sole responsibility for various commercial projects. Mr. Rawlins then transitioned into real estate, managing the acquisition, due diligence, and land development activity for a regional homebuilder. Prior to joining Piedmont, he spent 7 years as a development manager for Atlanta-based Holder Properties where he developed over 800,000 square feet of Class A Office properties throughout the Southeast. Mr. Rawlins is a member of the USGBC, ULI, and Construction Management Association of America.
