Associate, Asset Management – Minneapolis

Jennie Kautz, CPM, RPA serves as the Associate of Asset Management for Minneapolis. Ms. Kautz is responsible for leasing and asset management working alongside our Executive Vice President for the region on acquisition, disposition, re-development, and development opportunities. Ms. Kautz joined Piedmont’s Property Management team in 2017 prior to shifting to her asset management role in 2024. Ms. Kautz holds an IREM CPM and BOMA RPA certifications and is a member NAIOP.
