Cheryl Dobbins

VP, Property Management Operations

With approximately 35 years of Class A office property management experience, Cheryl Dobbins oversees Piedmont’s property management operations focused on training, establishing best practice policies and procedures, and serving as the liaison amongst Piedmont departments. Cheryl has been with Piedmont for 17 years, having joined the firm in 2007 to manage Piedmont’s Chicago assets.

Ms. Dobbins previously managed properties at Heitman Properties and Duke Realty Corporation. She holds an Illinois Real Estate Brokers License and is currently a member of BOMA NAC. Cheryl earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Iowa State University.
