Jon Kuskie

VP, Sustainability and National Initiatives

Jon Kuskie serves as Vice President of Sustainability and National Initiatives. In his role, Mr. Kuskie is responsible for overseeing portfolio-wide projects, national contracts, and sustainability endeavors. Prior to joining Piedmont in 2017, Jon worked at Zeller for 18 years handling both Asset Management and Property Management assignments.
Mr. Kuskie served as President of BOMA Greater Minneapolis as well as participated as a member of the Board of Directors for eight years. For the past three years he has served as BOMA’s representative on Minneapolis’ Clean Energy Partnership Energy Vision Advisory Committee (EVAC). Mr. Kuskie also serves on the Nareit Real Estate Sustainability Council (RESC).
