With over 30 years of experience in Human Resources Management including 17 years with Piedmont, Lisa oversees all aspects of Human Resources including, but not limited to, recruitment, compensation, training and development, payroll, benefits, employee relations, organizational and culture development. Prior to Piedmont, she managed Human Resources for CheckFree Corporation and NetBank. Lisa Tyler is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and a Certified Professional (SCP).
